- 1 łyżka chrzanu ze słoiczka
- 1 łyżka twarożku np. Almette
- sok i skórka z ćwiartki cytryny
- sól, świeżo zmielony czarny pieprz
DODATKOWO: kiełki brokułu lub rzodkiewki, plastry ogórka, opieczone kromki pieczywa
WYKONANIE
- Makrelę dokładnie oczyszczamy z ości i zdejmujemy skórę.
- Cebulkę drobno kroimy.
- Twarożek wraz z chrzanem przekładamy do salaterki. Dodajemy skórkę z cytryny, makrelę i posiekaną cebulkę. Doprawiamy solą i pieprzem do smaku. Stopniowo wyciskamy sok z ćwiartki cytryny. Mieszamy widelcem.
- Podajemy na ciepłych grzankach lub świeżym pieczywie, z odrobiną kiełków, np. rzodkiewki lub/i plastrami ogórka.
